Solving the issues on KoçSistem side for the project. All addressed issues solved and agreed with the other parties. This project was switched to SAP from LOGO product. KoçSistem reached all the planned winnings at the end of this project.

TT ERP Project: Upgrading the Project Management Plan, Project Implementation Plan, SRS+SDD standards, Test and Acceptance Plan, Roll-out Plan, Resolving technical/integration issues.

EU Funded National Fishery Information System (software development part) Project

Managing the project on behalf of the consortium member KocSistem. Completed the projects successfully on budget/time/quality and got the acceptance.

Analyzed the CBOSS (in Russia) and ZTE (in China) Billing Systems for TurkTelekom in this period.

Prepared the proposals for TurkTelekom CC&B tender together with Meteksan&Accenture in this period.
