Detailed Narrative Description of Project & Services provided:
ISKI is the water and the sewage authority of the city of Istanbul. It has 3,5 millions of customers and gives all kind of services. All modules (contracts, meter readings, rating, billing, payment, disputes, service orders, accounting, inventory, MIS, Security Access and Control Module, etc.) to manage those functions are designed, developed and implemented by the TELESOFT engineers.
This is the Turkey’s biggest client/server project and it covers 71 nodes, 1000 terminals, >350 GB of raw data, 428 tables, 220 forms, 315 standard reports. Used ORACLE 7.3.3 RDBMS and Unix (backend) and ORACLE Developer/2000 1.3.2 and Windows_95 (frontend).
At the end of this project It was reached all the main concerns and specific issues ISKI wished and starting from the first month ISKI’s revenue collection increased twice and the Y2K problem has been solved.
