Upon graduating from the Department of Economics and Business Administration at Istanbul University, He completed his MBA at the Syracuse University (USA) in 1976. He received Certificate from Computer Engineering at New York University (USA). He worked in several positions in business modelling and application development at companies such as Thomson McKinnon Brokerage, DWR Brokerage and NASDAQ Stock Market between 1982 and 2005. Then he worked as Project Director in KocSistem and managed the Turkish Ministry of Interior Mernis and the Ministry of Finance Anti-Money Laundering (MASAK) projects between 2005 and 2008. Gunaydin began working as Projects Coordinator at TELESOFT in 2008.
